By using and accessing the Site, you, on your own behalf and on behalf of your children, are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions of Use, will be considered a binding, legal agreement (referred to herein as “Terms and Conditions of Use” or “Agreement”) between you and Confiesteemables LLC.

EVENTS

Ticket Purchases

All Confiesteemables LLC ticket purchases are final. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged unless otherwise stated in this policy or as required by law. Tickets must be purchased through our official website or authorized ticketing partners. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be void and entry may be refused.

Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your ticket purchase, along with an e-ticket or instructions on how to access your ticket. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address during the purchase process. Confiesteemables LLC is not responsible for missed communications due to incorrect or outdated contact information.

Event Changes

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the new date and time. Confiesteemables LLC will notify you via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to the event organizer’s discretion.

Cancellations

If an event is canceled, Confiesteemables LLC will offer a full refund of the ticket price or, where possible, offer an exchange for a similar event. Please note that service fees or shipping costs, if applicable, may not be refunded.

Changes to Event Lineup or Program

Confiesteemables LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel the event lineup, schedule, or content is subject to change without prior notice. Such changes will not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

Entry to Events

You must present a valid ticket (either electronic or physical) to gain entry to the event. Tickets are non-transferable unless otherwise indicated. Confiesteemables LLC reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behavior is deemed inappropriate, without a refund.

Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable, except in cases outlined in the cancellations and event change policy. In such cases, please contact us within 14 days of the event cancellation or date change to request a refund. If a refund is granted, it will be issued via the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the refund is approved.

 

Weather Policy

Confiesteemables LLC events will proceed as scheduled, rain or shine, unless severe weather conditions create a safety hazard. In the case of severe weather, updates on event changes or cancellations will be provided via our website and email notifications.

Liability

Confiesteemables LLC is not responsible for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged at the event. Attendance at the event is at your own risk. Confiesteemables LLC is not liable for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during the event unless caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct by the event organizer.

GOVERNING LAW These terms and conditions, as well as any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of State of Maryland, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. By using this website or purchasing products or services from Confiesteemables LLC, you agree that any legal actions or proceedings related to these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in the State of Maryland, USA, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

CHANGES Confiesteemables LLC reserves the right to modify, update, or remove any part of this website, including these terms and conditions, at our discretion and without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the website following any changes signifies may update these terms and conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on this website.

SHIPPING POLICY We currently ship orders within the contiguous states of the United States of America (U.S.A). The following shipping methods are available: Standard Ground (4 – 6 business days), Second Day (2 business days). Business days do not include weekends. Some items cannot be shipped using Second Day due to order size, weight, and delivery address. These items will only have Standard Ground available. Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses. Please note that orders could arrive in multiple packages. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Delivery dates provided at the time of purchase are estimates only. Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, carrier processing, or other unforeseen factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties.Title to products passes to the customer upon delivery. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

 

Standard Ground

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4 – 6 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions.

Second Day

Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am ET on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am CT will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address (no PO Boxes). Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. Same day processing is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.

Taxes

Sales Tax: Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout according to your shipping destination within the United States. Applicable taxes will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-72 hours for the tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. In the event of a lost package, please contact the shipping carrier directly. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at support@confiesteem.com with a photo of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Shipping Restrictions

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses. We currently ship orders within the contiguous states of the United States of America (U.S.A). Currently, we do not ship to U.S. Territories, APO/FPO, Canada or other international addresses.

Changes to Your Order

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@confiesteem.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be modified.

RETURN POLICY

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads are non-returnable.

 

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@confiesteem.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Also note that certain products may be non-returnable or have different return conditions, as outlined in the product description.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong, or defective item).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please contact us at support@confiesteem.com to arrange the exchange. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@confiesteem.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. Also note that certain products may be non-returnable or have different return conditions, as outlined in the product description. New items will only be sent after we have received and processed the returned item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@confiesteem.com with a description and photo of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as sale items, gift cards, personal care items. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

CONFIESTEEMABLES LLC ALSO ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, ANY DAMAGES TO, OR VIRUSES THAT MAY INFECT YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOU ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN THE SITES OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO, OR AUDIO FROM THE SITE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING SUFFICIENT PROCEDURES AND VIRUS CHECKS (INCLUDING ANTI-VIRUS AND OTHER SECURITY CHECKS) TO SATISFY YOUR PARTICULAR REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ACCURACY AND SECURITY OF DATA INPUT AND OUTPUT. CONFIESTEEMABLES LLC MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE SITE WILL MEET USERS’ REQUIREMENTS. NO ADVICE, RESULTS, OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM US OR THROUGH THE SITE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.

EXCEPT AS SET OUT BELOW, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR NEGLIGENCE, WILL CONFIESTEEMABLES LLC OR THE CNFSTM PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITES, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THOSE ASPECTS OF THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN ON EVENT SHALL CONFIESTEEMABLES LLC OR THE CNFSTM PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY CONSENT POSTED, TRANSMITTED, EXCHANGED, OR RECEIVED BY OR ON BEHALF OF ANY USER OR OTHER PERSON ON OR THROUGH THE SITES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY SUBMITTED MATERIALS). IN NO EVENT SHALL CONFIESTEEMABLES LLC OR THE CNFSTM PARTIES’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED, IN THE AGGREGATE, THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, PAID BY YOU TO US FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR FOR ANY OF YOUR ACTIVITIES ON THE SITE.

 

TERMINATION Confiesteemables LLC may terminate, change suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Site at any time. Confiesteemables LLC may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the Site and/or this Agreement if we reasonably believe or suspect you have acted inappropriately on the Site or you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use or applicable law, or for any other reason without notice or liability. Additionally, Confiesteemables LLC may terminate use or access privileges to the Site of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing your use of and access to the Site. This Agreement is effective until terminated by you, or by Confiesteemables LLC for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, you agree to discontinue your use and access of the Site and to immediately destroy all materials obtained from it.

MISCELLANEOUS This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in the Site, including our Privacy Policy; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.

You agree that Confiesteemables LLC may not assign any of its rights and/or transfer, sub-contract, or delegate any of its obligations under this Agreement. This Agreement is personal to you and may not transfer or assign to a third party.

This Agreement is governed by and is construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, U.S.A., without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Prince George’s County, Maryland, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to your use of the Site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Confiesteemables LLC shall have the right to bring action against visitors of the Site in courts of competent jurisdiction in the jurisdiction in which such visitors reside or are located: (i) to seek injunctive relief against such visitor, (ii) to obtain a judgement against such visitor where a judgement by a United States court will, or may, not be enforced by the jurisdiction in which such visitor resides or is located, or (iii) to enforce a judgement obtained against such visitor in a Maryland court.

Confiesteemables LLC failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law including but not limited to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations stated above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Confiesteemables LLC with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and Confiesteemables LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to the Agreement to the same extent as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
